CEO and President of The Linkwell Group, holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Integrated Homeland Security Management with a concentration in Security Policy. With more than 23 years of dedicated service within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), she has built an accomplished career at the intersection of national security, civil rights, and intergovernmental affairs.
Throughout her tenure, Danielle has served as an executive leader overseeing a team of subject matter experts focused on advancing intergovernmental collaboration and policy alignment between the federal government, Congress, state and local government, and national stakeholders. Within the DHS Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, she specialized in the department's compliance of complex immigration policies, civil detention oversight, and the protection of mental and medical health standards in confinement settings. Her expertise reflects a deep commitment to public service, criminal justice reform, equity, and the development of fair and effective security policy that upholds both national safety and human dignity.
